Songshan: A. We have independent& strict quality control system, every batch of the product must be 100%
inspected&needle detected, ensure the quality before shipment.
B. We have a professional transport team, they will make sure there won't be damage during
transport. After the arrival at t thewarehouse of seaport,our agent will inspect the loading
process of shipment.
2.How long does it take to produce a sample?
Songshan:Normally it takes about 5-10working days.
You could send us your draft or pictures to develop the sample.
3.Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush?
Songshan:Yes. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways,by silk screening or embroidery
as you requested
4.How long is the delivery and shipping?
Songshan:Bulk order,around 35-60 days to finish production from order confirmation,will be delivered by
sea as customer requested.
5.Can you send products to my country?
Songshan:Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
